 In OhMyBox! Self Storage, the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our highest priority.
To help our employees and clients during these difficult times, we are open according to the following hours:
Monday to Friday:
from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
All our clients will continue to have access to their storage room 24 hours a day. Our locations are mostly automated and are generally not busy buildings, but we have adjusted staffing levels and service offerings to minimize personal contact.
In addition, our colleagues have intensified the daily cleaning of our offices, especially the areas that are frequently touched, such as door handles, elevator buttons, access keypads, etc. Disinfect your hands before and after using them.
Finally, colleagues and clients are reminded to respect the 1.5 meter social distance and hand hygiene in accordance with health recommendations. Anyone with symptoms of coronavirus should not visit our facilities. Currently, the use of a mask is mandatory within our facilities and with a limited capacity. Our centers are regularly disinfected and access to the bathrooms is restricted.

Why OhMyBox! still have stores open?
Our stores are open whenever possible because we serve many small business customers involved in key supply chains (e.g. supermarkets and pharmaceuticals), as well as engineers who use our services to store and collect key parts for their work. , maintaining and repairing facilities such as heating system infrastructures, elevators (including those in hospitals). The safety and well-being of our clients and workers is our priority and that is why we are advising clients, whenever possible, to minimize visits, respect social distancing and hand hygiene according to sanitary recommendations. These measures, if properly observed, should ensure that the risk of transmission is minimal.
If I need to pay for the box rental and I don't have a direct debit, how can I pay?
Please call the store and they will indicate possible forms of payment.
I had to vacate the box on day xxx and now it is closed / could it be closed?
Our stores remain open at this time, we will inform customers of any closures if necessary.
I have access to the facilities 24 hours, can I enter?
Our facilities are open 24 hours a day. We will inform clients of any closings if necessary.
What about my current reservation?
Our stores remain open at this time and you can access your storage room taking your formal documentation with you, including your identity document. Our team will advise you if it is necessary to make any changes to your reservation.
Is my insurance still valid during closing?
Our stores remain open at this time. If facility closure is required, your insurance will remain valid as long as the monthly payment has been paid, including property insurance. Remember that it is your responsibility to have the appropriate level of coverage commensurate with the value of your stored property. OhMyBox! is not responsible for losses resulting from insufficient coverage.
