Essential steps before move-in
Moving into storage should be simple and stress-free. This checklist will help you prepare everything in advance so your move into OhMyBox! goes smoothly.

Protect your items
Your goods must be covered whilst in storage. OhMyBox! provides a basic level of coverage. If the replacement value of your goods is higher, you’ll need to arrange additional protection or show evidence of a personal policy. Our team can advise you on the options available.

Direct debit payments
For convenience, you can set up direct debit payments for your rental. This ensures your bills are always paid on time. An OhMyBox! advisor will offer this method when you sign your contract. Your first invoice must be paid in advance.

Other forms of payment
You can also pay in store by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Security padlock
Each unit must be secured with a padlock. You can bring your own or purchase one from our store.

Identification
To rent a storage unit, you will need valid ID. Spanish citizens must present their DNI. Non-Spanish citizens must show valid identification. Companies must provide a Tax ID code.

Emergency contact number
Please provide an alternative contact name and number, in case of emergency.
