Storage Checklist

Before you move into an OhMyBox! centre there are a few things you’ll need to organise. Check you have the following in place:

  1. Protect your items

    Your goods must be protected whilst in storage. We offer a basic level of coverage for your goods. However, if the replacement value of your goods exceeds this level you, will need to purchased additional coverage or demonstrate that you have a personal policy that will cover your goods to a similar level as ours in the very unlikely event that something happens to your belongings whilst in storage. Please speak to one of our Team Members for more information.

  2. Direct Debit Payments

    For your ease you can pay your bills with direct debit payment for your rental period. In this way, you will always be on time. An OHMYBOX! advisor will offer you this method when signing your contract. However, we do ask you to pay your first invoice in advance. 

  3. Other forms of payment

    You can also pay in store in cash, by credit card or via bank transfer.

  4. A Security Padlock

    For your own protection your unit will need to be secured with a padlock.  We have padlocks available for purchase in our stores.

  5. Identification

    To rent a storage unit with us you will need a DNI (National Identify Document). For Spanish citizens this is the number on the National Identification Document (DNI). For Non-Spanish citizens, it is the Foreigner Identification Number (NIE) or Passport. Companies will need a Tax ID code.

  6. An Emergency Contact Number

    We will need an alternative contact name and number, in case of emergency.
